to support our relocation efforts in response

to the evolving dental care needs of Dane County’s underserved communities. 


Check-in, cocktail hour, and our silent auction will begin at 5 pm in the Grand Terrace.

Guests will move into the Ballroom at 6 pm

for the beginning of our program.

  • What is the dress code?

    Channel your inner red carpet royalty and don your most glamorous attire. Think Hollywood glamour evening gowns, pantsuits, and tuxedos that could steal the show. 

  • What is included in the ticket price?

    An individual ticket includes  

    • An event photo
    • Entry into our cocktail hour featuring signature drinks, exclusive auction items, a wine pull, and viewing of Cedar and Spice's surprise art instillation piece
    • Entry into our program featuring a short word from our founder and our executive director, a live auction, and our new clinic unveil
    •  A plated entrée of your choosing and assorted desserts 
    • Three hours of live music by Upbeat Orchestra

  • What does my ticket price go towards?

    A $120 ticket becomes a beacon of hope for children, offering six cleanings and the gift of fundamental oral health education.


    Elevate your impact as a $500 bronze sponsor, extending your support to veterans by providing one partial denture and 20 invaluable cleanings.


    At the $1500 table level, your generosity becomes a lifeline. It saves a crucial tooth with a root canal, provides a crown, and deep cleanings that relieve ten adults battling advanced periodontal disease.

  • Are there age restrictions for the event?

    We ask that all guests be over the age of 21. 

  • What time does the event start?

    Check-In and cocktail hour begins promptly at 5 pm. 

  • Will there be guest speakers?

    Yes, there will be a quick word from Tim Buck, our founder and Areli Estrada, our executive director, before we move into our live auction.

  • Is there parking available at the venue?

    Yes, public parking for a flat rate of $5 set by the city of Madison will be available in the Monona Terrace Community and  Convention Center parking structure.
